The "What-are-we-going-to-do-with-all-these-Apples" Apple Cobbler

This was Mike's handiwork & photography...I might have gotten caught with a piece of pie dough! I've given up cookie dough for the duration of the pregnancy ever since I gave myself baby nightmares worrying about salmonella, so this frozen dough was an indulgence. Mike & I admitted that the cobbler's best feature was its beauty! We're gonna have to get a real gramma's recipe!
